One of the biggest mismatches on the Week 1 slate kicks off at 1 p.m. EST, when the San Francisco 49ers hit the road to take on the Detroit Lions. San Francisco enters this one as a 7.5-point road favorite over Detroit.

If you need some help with your fantasy football lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 1 clash.

Raheem Mostert Fantasy

Start Raheem Mostert, RB, San Francisco 49ers: When Raheem Mostert was healthy last year, he was money. He averaged 84.6 yards from scrimmage and scored 3 touchdowns across his eight appearances. Detroit's run defense was also a bottom-six unit by DVOA last year, surrendering more fantasy points per game to RBs than any other team in the league. Mostert should have no problem tearing this defense up, and the 7.5-point spread means he could be looking at a ton of rushing volume in this one. Start him while he's healthy.

T.J. Hockenson Fantasy

Start T.J. Hockenson, TE, Detroit Lions: T.J. Hockenson is probably going to be the Lions' most dependable fantasy producer this year. Detroit lost Marvin Jones, Kenny Golladay and Danny Amendola this offseason, and those three alone accounted for 216 targets. That accounted for a whopping 37.1% of Detroit's total attempts last year. Point being, Hockenson is going to get a ton of looks this season. And with the Lions being 7.5-point dogs, he could see even more looks than usual. San Francisco is not an easy matchup, especially against tight ends, but Hockenson should see more than enough volume to overcome a potential dip in efficiency.

Deebo Samuel Fantasy

Sit Deebo Samuel, WR, San Francisco 49ers: The 49ers are going to be a run-heavy team pretty much every time they step on the field. But that could be even more true than usual this week. The spread suggests that San Francisco will be playing to protect the lead in this one, which should lead to a heavy dose of runs. That could spell trouble for Deebo Samuel, who projects to be San Francisco's third option in the passing game.

D'Andre Swift Fantasy

Sit D'Andre Swift, RB, Detroit Lions: D'Andre Swift's status has been pretty volatile throughout the offseason, as conflicting reports about his health continued to surface. While he's reportedly back to full strength, it wouldn't be a surprise to see Detroit ease him into action in Week 1. And if he's splitting time with Jamaal Williams to kick things off, he could be in trouble. Detroit's probably not going to run all too often in Week 1. And while Swift is an excellent pass-catcher, Williams is too, having hauled in at least 31 receptions in back-to-back seasons. With legit concerns about his role in Week 1, it's best to take a wait-and-see approach with Swift against a defense this good.
