VIDEO: Remembering When Tyreek Hill Dropped This Wide Open Patrick Mahomes TD Pass

The score is 38-10 in favor of the Kansas City Chiefs, so this one would have just piled on against the Cincinnati Bengals. Either way, it's not often that we see Tyreek Hill drop a ball like this.
That's probably what the average person would do on a Patrick Mahomes laser beam deep ball, but not Hill. According to Player Profiler, the star wideout had only three drops in 2019 and five in 2018. Neither season ranked within the top 30 (highest), and his drop rate didn't rank below 74th.
So how did this one slip through Tyreek's hands? Lack of concentration most likely. This game was already out of reach, and that extra little bit of adrenaline players get from fierce competition may have been enough for Hill to let his guard down.

At the end of the day, this is one you can shake right off if you're Mahomes and Hill though. The fantasy owners probably cringed more than anyone else. This pair is lethal, and after a Super Bowl in 2019 there isn't a team in the NFL who isn't aware of that.
