We've all seen some weird plays while watching sports, but this one between the Texas Rangers and Houston Astros was something special.

After Carlos Correa's batted ball came right back and hit pitcher Colby Lewis in the head, it shot right up in the air.

Now that's using your head! Lewis takes this line drive from Carlos Correa right off the dome as he shields his face with his glove. What could have been calamity quickly turns into good fortune as the ball ends up being a shallow pop fly after the deflection.

As second baseman Rougned Odor secured the uncommon out, Lewis acted like nothing happened, further cementing this legendary moment. A quick medical check proved that the pitcher was either very lucky, very tough, or both.

In a 2-0 divisional game that is already in the seventh inning, every out becomes just as important. Even so, all outs are not the same, and this one was certainly one to remember.
