With only one timeout remaining, this one was over for the New York Giants the second LeSean McCoy crossed the first down marker, but this open-field juke move on Antrel Rolle added some salt in the wounds.
This move by the player more casually known as "Shady," is downright filthy. A lateral cutback like that is something straight out of EA Sports' Madden NFL video game, not real life, but McCoy does it with ease.
In rivalry as rich as the Philadelphia Eagles versus the New York Giants, you know this one came back to haunt Big Blue a few times. At least the defense showed some heart by keeping the running back out of the endzone.
Plays like this were commonplace for McCoy during his time in Philly. In recent weeks, there have even been rumors of a possible reunion between the veteran back and his old team, although Shady is not the same player he once was.
The best running backs excite, and that's what McCoy is famous for with his big-play potential. It would be foolish to doubt that he doesn't at least have one more big run left in the tank.
