Collisions at home plate can be some of the most exciting, but also some of the scariest plays in baseball. The rush and anticipation of finding out if the catcher was able to hang on to the ball for the out is a hold-your-breath moment.

This collision between Tampa Bay Rays Desmond Jennings and Cleveland Indians Lou Marson was particularly rough.

Marson was somehow able to hang on to the ball and get the out despite being absolutely leveled by Jennings. He surely gained some extra respect from both dugouts on this play. And as long as both players can walk away without serious bodily harm, it's ultimately a win.
