The Tennessee Titans beat out the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC South last season, but that hasn't often been the case. The Colts have finished ahead of the Titans in 12 of the 18 seasons since they joined the AFC South in 2002.
This budding rivalry has included some amazing plays, as well as some hilarious blunders, like this one from then-Titans QB Blaine Gabbert.
Marcus Mariota got injured in the first half of this 2018 matchup, and Gabbert started the second half for the Titans. On his first drive of the half, he made this mind-boggling throw.
If Colts rookie Darius Leonard was his intended target, that would have been a picture-perfect pass, hitting Leonard right in the numbers. The icing on the cake is that even if Leonard weren't standing there, wide receiver Tajae Sharpe didn't have much space, with two Colts defenders closing in. It very well could have been an interception anyway.
The Colts and Titans will meet in Week 10 and Week 12 of the 2020 regular season. Early betting odds from FanDuel Sportsbook have the Titans favored in the first meeting and the Colts favored in the second.
