Philip Rivers has been one of the most intense, charismatic and talented quarterbacks of the past two decades. He is currently sixth in all-time NFL passing yards (as well as passing touchdowns), with his sights set on Dan Marino and the top-5 spots in 2020.

Of course, this shouldn't come as a huge shock after Rivers was drafted No. 4 overall out of North Carolina State in the 2004 NFL Draft. The legendary former Los Angeles Chargers and current Indianapolis Colts quarterback's lore spans much further back than college though. Just check out his high school football highlights if you have any doubts!

Rivers is now with the Colts, as the possible final curtain call of his Hall-of-Fame-worthy career, and the expectations have not lowered for Philip.

Indy might have the best offensive line Rivers has ever played behind in all his years, with one of the top blocking units in the league. They also added DeForest Buckner on defense, a player (like Rivers) that could put them over the top.

A Super Bowl ring is one of the only accomplishments missing from Rivers' résumé. Can the veteran gunslinger climb that mountain in 2020?
