VIDEO: Patrick Mahomes Shares Behind-the-Scenes Look at How He Makes Ridiculous Plays

Patrick Mahomes has already exploded onto the national stage as a full-fledged superstar. With just two seasons as the Kansas City Chiefs' starting quarterback under his belt, he's already won a Super Bowl and NFL MVP with a 5,000-yard, 50-touchdown season under his belt by the age of 24.
It's not just the accolades that have made him so popular, though. He's also full of highlight plays, making off-balance, no-look passes appear easy. On Wednesday, he gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at the preparation that goes into those plays.
Talk about a cool video. It's amazing to see just how well-prepared Mahomes is for any situation he's going to face in a game. While his highlight plays might look like he's making them up on the fly, it's clear that a ton of work and preparation has gone into mastering those difficult throws.
The youngest Super Bowl MVP in NFL history, Mahomes' 5,097 passing yards and 50 touchdowns through his first 31 career games are also an NFL record. Second place for each stat is Dan Marino, who wasn't far behind with 5,084 yards and 48 touchdowns.
