This time last year, Jayson Tatum was on top of the world. As a rookie, he nearly led the Boston Celtics to an NBA Finals appearance, averaging 18.5 points per game (PPG) in the playoffs. However, after a down year in Boston as a sophomore, Tatum's rating in NBA 2K20 has dropped from an 87 in NBA 2K19 to an 85 this year.

Upon hearing about this decline, Tatum clearly had some thoughts. He predicted he'll average 20 PPG, make his first All-Star appearance and even bring a championship to Boston. By season's end, given that ratings in the popular video game are adjusted constantly throughout the year, Tatum believes he'll be rated as a 90 overall in NBA 2K20.

We'll have to wait and see if Tatum can make good on these claims, but it's clear that he's confident he can play a major role on the Celtics in the upcoming season.
