VIDEO: Christian McCaffrey High School Football Highlights From 2013 Are an Amazing Throwback

Christian McCaffrey just became the highest-paid running back in NFL history by inking his first contract extension with the Carolina Panthers. He tore up the league in 2019, and that's nothing new to him.
McCaffrey has been dominating football games for a long time, as you can see in his impressive throwback highlights from his 2013 senior year at Valor Christian High School in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
Christian McCaffrey High School Highlights
An incredible multi-sport athlete, McCaffrey played basketball and ran track while playing running back, wide receiver, cornerback and punter on the football field. He set Colorado high school football state records in career touchdowns (141), all-purpose yards (8,845) and touchdown receptions (47).
He didn't play a ton in his freshman year at Stanford, but he made the most of his opportunities, averaging 7.1 yards per carry on 42 rushes. When he did get an expanded workload, he dominated. His final two college seasons saw him explode for 3,622 rushing yards (6.1 per carry) and 955 receiving yards, scoring 29 touchdowns.
Christian McCaffrey is the only player with 2,500 rushing yards AND 2,500 receiving yards in his first 3 seasons....ever. https://t.co/CVIyoUxgm2

It was no surprise when he was a first-round pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, and he's more than lived up to the hype. McCaffrey is the only player in NFL history to rack up both 2,500 rushing and receiving yards through their first three seasons. Panthers fans have to feel pretty good about having the future of their offense tied to McCaffrey.
