Dallas Cowboys fans that are feeling down about the post-draft lull in NFL action can fill the void by throwing it back with some awesome CeeDee Lamb high school football highlights from 2016.

The Cowboys' 2020 first-round pick showed off his elite potential from a young age while playing at John and Randolph Foster High School in Texas.

Lamb was a four-star recruit coming out of high school, and his senior year production was staggering. He turned in 2,032 yards and 33 touchdowns on 98 receptions (20.7 yards per catch). He had no shortage of offers from top schools, but he ultimately settled on Oklahoma.

He wasted no time making an impact for the Sooners. As an 18-year-old true freshman he caught 46 passes for 807 yards and 7 touchdowns. He built on that each year, jumping to 1,158 yards and 11 touchdowns as a sophomore then 1,327 yards and 14 touchdowns as a junior.

Many had Lamb as the top wide receiver prospect in the 2020 NFL Draft, and the Cowboys may have gotten a steal by landing the budding star with the No. 17 pick in the first round.
