Update Emerges on Bengals Player's Trade Request

The Cincinnati Bengals' addition of top offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr. has had one main consequence: fellow OT Jonah WIlliams now wants out. The former first-round pick isn't interested in moving to the right side to accommodate Brown's arrival, which led to a trade request soon after the latter's signing was revealed.
Now an update has emerged on Williams' demand to move on.
The #Bengals have had trade conversations centered around LT Jonah Williams, sources say, as the interest heats up in the player who has 47 career starts. Williams requested a trade following the signing of Orlando Brown, and Cincy has heard from several possible suitors.

Jonah Williams Trade Rumors
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirms the Bengals "have had trade conversations" involving Williams. There appears to be legitimate interest around the disgruntled left tackle, with "several possible suitors" mentioned as in the mix.
This is fantastic news for Cincinnati. The team's decision to essentially replace Williams with a better player could've tanked his value and led to rivals waiting for him to be released, instead of offering some kind of trade compensation.
With a number of teams being interested, though, it's now created an opportunity for the Bengals to benefit from a bidding war. Starting-quality LTs don't hit the market every day, so Cincy still has some leverage in this situation to capitalize on.
With the NFL Draft just a month away, expect even more trade buzz to ramp up as teams look to solidify or sell off their picks before the big event. Hopefully the Bengals can net a nice return for Williams before they're on the clock.
