The Seattle Seahawks scored a crucial division win over the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night, but they didn't come out of the win unscathed.

Top wideout Tyler Lockett suffered serious swelling in his leg, which caused him to be hospitalized on Monday night. It remains to be seen whether this could be a long-term issue following Seattle's Week 11 bye, but it's certainly a situation to monitor.

Lockett has accounted for a team-high 23 percent of the Seahawks' targets this season, and he's tied with rookie DK Metcalf for the team lead with a 27 percent share of the air yards. He had also played at least 90 percent of the team's offensive snaps in eight of the first nine games of the season.

His absence would open up a ton of volume, which would be big for both Metcalf and newly-acquired Josh Gordon.

Metcalf saw a season-high workload with Lockett making an early exit on Monday, playing 97 percent of the snaps and catching six of 10 targets. Gordon was eased into the fold with a 38 percent snap share and just two targets.

Metcalf will likely serve as the team's No. 1 WR with Lockett on the shelf, but a bye week should give Gordon plenty of time to get up to speed and threaten as the top option as well.

It looks like an absence for Lockett is likely, but with the Seahawks off in Week 11 we likely won't get any sort of confirmation until early next week.

If he does sit, both Metcalf and Gordon will be excellent plays in Week 12 against the Philadelphia Eagles, who have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts in 2019.
