Strong pitching is key to a successful week in fantasy baseball, but not every stud pitcher will toe the rubber twice every week this season. However, if you're in need of starts, there are a few two-start pitchers that are probably sitting on your waiver wire that can give you the production you need thanks to their favorable matchups.

Here are three two-start pitchers that can lead you to a winning week in fantasy.

1. Steven Matz, New York Mets

Steven Matz hasn't been as consistent over the past few seasons as many of his fantasy owners would have liked, but the 27-year-old righty is a solid two-start streaming option for this upcoming week. Matz will face the lowly Miami Marlins in his first start and then he gets the Nationals at home. The second start isn't as favorable as we would like, but the pitcher-friendly confines of Citi Field should help him put in a quality start. Matz is currently owned in just 39 percent of Yahoo! fantasy leagues.

2. Zach Davies, Milwaukee Brewers

Zach Davies has a winnable game against the Cincinnati Reds in his first start of the week, followed by start against the Cubs. Quieting Chicago's lineup could be a formidable task, but Davies absolutely owned the North Siders last season, sporting a 2.16 ERA with 18 strikeouts in 16.2 innings pitched. Davies is owned in one percent of Yahoo! fantasy leagues.

3. Clayton Richard, Toronto Blue Jays

Clayton Richard has been an inconsistent arm for many years now, but he has a pretty solid two-start slate that makes him a pretty good streaming option. The 10-year veteran will toe the rubber against the lowly Baltimore Orioles and will face the Cleveland Indians in his second start of the week. The Indians' lineup has struggled to hit the ball in the early going and, if that trend continues, there's a good chance Richard puts in a good performance. Richard is owned in just one percent of Yahoo! leagues.
