Trevor Lawrence Remains Favorite to Win 2019 Heisman Trophy

As we get closer to the college football season, the 2019 Heisman Trophy odds continue to move. While the favorite remains the same, with Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence currently sitting at +200 odds to win the award, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, it's the players behind him where we see some movement.

There are now a number of quarterbacks tied at +2000 odds, including with Nebraska Cornhuskers' QB Adrian Martinez, Georgia Bulldogs' QB Jake Fromm, Oregon Ducks' QB Justin Herbert, Texas Longhorns' QB Sam Ehlinger and former Alabama QB and current Oklahoma Sooners' graduate transfer Jalen Hurts. Hurts initially opened at +1100, but has seen his odds drop as the offseason has gone on.
Just ahead of those five signal-callers is Ohio State's Justin Fields, at +1200, and Alabama's Tua Tagovailoa, at +350. Tua opened tied with Lawrence, but the Clemson QB has since pulled away, at least for now,.

The Heisman Trophy odds are sure to swing again, especially once a game or two is played. And with kickoff just around the corner, there should be lots more odds movement to come.
