Travis Kelce has been one of the most consistently dominant players in fantasy for quite some time. In fact, he's finished as the TE1 in PPR formats in each of the past four seasons.
While the reports that he was limited at Monday's practice could be cause for concern, fantasy managers shouldn't overreact to the news at all.
Travis Kelce Injury Update
This is likely just load management. Kelce was listed as limited due to a knee issue, but he was limited plenty of times last season and it didn't stop him from dominating. He also hasn't missed a game due to injury since 2013.
Against a shoddy Houston Texans defense, Kelce should be good to fire up as the no-doubt TE1. He faced Houston twice last year (including the playoffs), averaging 9.0 targets, 7.0 receptions and 96.0 receiving yards per game. He scored three touchdowns as well.
It's never encouraging to see a star player limited in practice, but fantasy managers have nothing to worry about here with Kelce. We have Kelce as the TE2 in PPR formats.
