With elite fantasy options like Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson on bye this week, you might need to hit the waiver wire to find a viable replacement. Whether you need a bye week fill-in, or are just looking to upgrade at the quarterback spot, The Duel has you covered.

Here are three QB streaming options, all owned in fewer than 50 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues, that could be solid fantasy plays in Week 11.

1. Nick Foles, Jacksonville Jaguars (24% Owned)

Nick Foles has missed eight straight games for the Jacksonville Jaguars, but he finally makes his return in Week 11. Gardner Minshew was impressive in Foles' absence, even generating some Rookie of the Year hype, and if Foles can produce at that level he'll be a viable fantasy starter. The early returns on Foles were positive, as he threw for 75 yards and a TD despite playing just 11 snaps in Week 1. The Indianapolis Colts are a decent defense, ranking No. 10 in Football Outsiders pass defense DVOA rankings, but Foles is worth a flier this week.

2. Kyle Allen, Carolina Panthers (22% Owned)

Yes, the Atlanta Falcons are coming off their best defensive game of the season, but that's likely more of an outlier than a sign of things to come. Atlanta is the third-worst pass defense by DVOA, and the Falcons have allowed opposing passers to rack up the fourth-most fantasy points per game. This is about as good a fantasy matchup as you could hope for, and it looks like a good bounce-back spot for Kyle Allen, who hasn't broken 15.0 fantasy points since Week 6, against a similarly ineffective Tampa Bay Buccaneers' secondary.

3. Sam Darnold, New York Jets (22% Owned)

Sam Darnold has been about as inconsistent as it gets in fantasy football. Since his return in Week 6, Darnold has two games above 19.0 fantasy points and three games below 13.0 fantasy points (including a -6.7-point performance against the New England Patriots). He draws an exploitable matchup against the Redskins, though, as Washington is the 10th-worst passing defense in the NFL by DVOA. Darnold isn't the most exciting start, but he's got a chance to put up solid enough numbers to get you through Week 11.
