The kicker position is rarely more than an afterthought in fantasy football. Usually dismissed as an unfortunate necessity, many players simply draft their kicker and leave them plugged in as their starter until a bye week ultimately changes things.

That can leave a big edge for savvy fantasy owners though. The position tends to be inconsistent, and the highest kicker fantasy score in Week 3 belonged to Matt Gay, who was featured on last week's list of streamers.

Here are the three top fantasy football kicker streaming options for Week 4.

3. Adam Vinatieri, Indianapolis Colts

Adam Vinatieri had an absurdly bad start to the season, going 1-of-3 on field goals and 2-of-5 on extra points through his first two games. He bounced back by knocking down all three extra points and both field goal attempts in Week 3 though, so there's no need to be too concerned about that slow start. The Indianapolis Colts should see no shortage of scoring these week against the Oakland Raiders, who have allowed the NFL's ninth-most points per game (PPG) at 26.0, and that should translate to plenty of opportunities for the 46-year-old veteran leg.

2. Matt Bryant, Atlanta Falcons

Matt Bryant hasn't kicked a ton since re-joining the Atlanta Falcons in Week 2, though he has been a fine fantasy producer with 7.0 PPG. The Falcons are favored by four points at home over the Tennessee Titans, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, which could give Bryant a boost after playing as an underdog in his first two games. He's also been a couple of percentage points more accurate at home than on the road over his lengthy career.

1. Jason Myers, Seattle Seahawks

Jason Myers sits sixth among kickers in our Week 4 fantasy football rankings, but he's still available in more than 50 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues. The Seattle Seahawks can be expected to do plenty of scoring in Week 4 as five-point favorites in a game with a 48-point over/under against the Arizona Cardinals. The Cards' shaky defense and high-paced offense has made this a tremendous fantasy matchup for kickers in 2019, allowing no fewer than eight fantasy points to the position in any week and giving up the second-most fantasy points per game (10.7) to kickers. A team's 'defense' against kickers isn't usually something to put much weight in, but the Cards have played at the NFL's fastest pace in each week this season, and the 211 plays their opponents have run are only two shy of the most in the NFL. That should consistently translate to plenty of opportunities for opposing offenses (and kickers).
