Tommy Pham Wants to Fight Luke Voit After Controversial Slide

Tensions rose after Tuesday night's clash between the Cincinnati Reds and San Diego Padres, all thanks to a questionable slide and home plate collision from Luke Voit.
There wasn't much of an on-field reaction, but Reds players were up in arms after catching replay of the slide following the final out. Tommy Pham was naturally in the middle of this, telling the media that he wants to fight Voit after the controversial play.
Tommy Pham on Luke Voit's slide into Tyler Stephenson: " If Luke wants to settle it, I get down really well. Anything. Muay Thai, whatever. Like I said, I've got an owner here who will let me use his facility. So fuck 'em. I'm out."

Pham, a former Padre, is familiar with the area of San Diego after spending two seasons there. He alluded to this in his postgame comments, saying he "knows a gym owner in San Diego." Presumably, this is the location he wishes to throw down with Voit.
The Reds outfielder hyped up his abilities, saying he "gets down really well," in a variety of combat styles including "Muay Thai." Keep in mind, Pham stands at 6-foot-1 and 223 pounds while Voit is build like a truck at 6-foot-3, 255 pounds.
Reds catcher Tyler Stephenson took the brunt of this collision, and ended up in concussion protocol. He'll miss at least the next seven days of Cincinnati's schedule before returning to action.
