After decades of winning, Tom Brady finds his Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 4-5 heading into Week 10 of the 2022 NFL season. Many factors have been blamed for Tampa Bay's slow start, including injuries, roster turnover and Brady's chaotic personal life.

Brady is pointing the finger squarely at his teammates, however.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion is apparently disgusted by Tampa Bay's effort level, calling it "probably the most embarrassing part of our team."

Brady does not think his teammates are playing hard enough or working hard enough, and he's not the only one. NFL legend Warren Sapp recently blasted team captain Devin White for loafing on a play during primetime, while head coach Todd Bowles thinks some of his players are still coasting off their Super Bowl success from two years ago.

A lack of hustle has been apparent in several games this season and would help explain Tampa Bay's stunning losses to the Pittsburgh Steelers and Carolina Panthers. The Buccaneers simply do not seem to have the same focus and tenacity that helped them go 13-4 last year.

Brady and co. need to show a greater sense of urgency if they're going to beat the Seattle Seahawk this week, who have wildly exceeded expectations so far this season. Tampa Bay is currently favored by 2.5 points for this NFC clash in Munich on FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL odds.
