The Tennessee Titans take on the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday afternoon, meeting for the second straight postseason after pulling off an upset last year. The Ravens are looking to bounce back and head into this game as 3-point road favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL playoff odds.

However, another upset for the Titans in not out of the question here. These two teams have been very similar in their play this season and match up well against one another.

With that in mind, here are three stats that prove the Titans will defeat the Ravens this weekend.

1. 168.1 Rushing Yards per Game

If there is any team that can match up with the Ravens' rushing attack, it is the Titans, led by Derrick Henry. The Titans' 168.1 rushing yards per game rank second in the NFL only behind the Ravens' average of 191.9. Henry finished the regular season with a league-leading 2,027 rushing yards and proved that he can dictate the pace of the game all on his own. The Ravens love to control the clock, but the Titans are one of the few teams in the playoffs that will be able to do the same exact thing when they have ball. This takes away a major advantage from the Ravens.

2. 226 Rushing Yards Allowed to Opposing Quarterbacks

The Ravens' offense greatly benefits from the rushing abilities of their quarterback Lamar Jackson. He finished the season with 1,005 rushing yards, but now faces a team that looks poised to keep him in check. The Titans have only given up 226 rushing yards to opposing quarterbacks all season, which ranks as the eighth-lowest total in the NFL. In fact, Jackson's 51 rushing yards against the Titans back in Week 11 was his fourth-lowest rushing total of the season. Watch for the Titans to focus on making sure Jackson cannot extend plays this Sunday and keep him in the backfield as much as possible.

3. +11 Turnover Differential

Clean football equals successful football and that is no different for the Titans this season. They finished the regular season with a +11 turnover differential, which ranked first the NFL. Their 23 takeaways tied for the seventh-highest total in the league, while their 12 giveaways ranked as the second-lowest total. Quarterback Ryan Tannehill's ability to play clean football (only 7 interceptions) will be a key part to the Titans offense in the postseason. Forcing turnovers creates a short field for your offense and an easier opportunity to put points on the board. The Titans chances to pull off another upset only increase if they can win the turnover battle in this matchup.
