Titans Odds to Win AFC South Heading Into Week 17

The Tennessee Titans have a chance to clinch their first AFC South crown since 2008 in Week 17. Tennessee will travel to Houston to tackle the Texans and possibly capture the division title.

The Titans' prolific offense, led by quarterback Ryan Tannehill and star running back Derrick Henry, has put them in position to return to the postseason for their second straight season. Tennessee currently ranks in the top five for both yards (390.1) and points (30.0) per game.

FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL betting odds have the Titans as a 7.5-point favorite in Week 17. With a win, or an Indianapolis Colts loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee will clinch the AFC South title.

Titans Odds to Win AFC South and Make Playoffs

The Titans' odds to win the AFC South are currently -420, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL future odds.

Against these same Texans in Week 6, the Titans earned a wild 42-36 win in overtime. Oddsmakers are expecting another shootout, as their over/under of 56.5 points is the highest total in Week 17 at FanDuel Sportsbook.

Even if the Titans somehow let the AFC South title slip away, they still have a great shot at making the NFL playoffs. Football Outsiders has the Titans' chances of making the playoffs at 92.5%.

The Titans can lose in Week 17 and still make the playoffs with either a Baltimore Ravens loss to the Cincinnati Bengals or a Miami Dolphins loss to the Buffalo Bills.

Tennessee is in prime position to make the playoffs and secure a top seed if they can clinch the AFC South crown on Sunday.
