The Denver Broncos have 12 members of their organization that have been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Most recently, cornerback Champ Bailey was honored, but some other Broncos legends include former owner Pat Bowlen, quarterback John Elway, running back Terrell Davis, tight end Shannon Sharpe and many more.

This Current Bronco Should Be in the Hall of Fame

Edge rusher and outside linebacker Von Miller will undoubtedly join this list, once he decides to retire. The former Super Bowl MVP and Champion in 2015 has spent his entire career with the Denver Broncos. He has received three First-Team All-Pro and four Second-Team All-Pro selections, along with eight Pro Bowls. Miller was even awarded the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year in his first season, by the Associated Press.

His statistics are even more impressive. Only four players in NFL history have recorded more sacks than Miller through his first nine seasons and it shouldn't be long before the defensive star jumps at least one more spot. He currently has 106.0 sacks and Derrick Thomas is within striking distance at 107.5. After Thomas, Miller might even set his sights on the number two spot behind Reggie White. He would need 117.5 sacks to rank second, and 137.5 to beat White's NFL record.

Miller should get into the Hall of Fame with relative ease. Few players have exemplified excellence on and off the field like this man has throughout his career. He is not only a tremendous talent, he has become a role model for youth that the NFL has highlighted within their brand.

He may be getting older, but he has not slowed down just yet. We'll all be watching with anticipation to see just how much he can achieve.
