Week 7's edition of Sunday Night Football features an exciting matchup between the Indianapolis Colts and San Francisco 49ers. FanDuel Sportsbook has the 49ers slated as 3.5 point home favorites in a game that is expected to come down to the fourth quarter.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 7 SNF clash.

Carson Wentz Fantasy

Start Carson Wentz, QB, Indianapolis Colts: Quarterback Carson Wentz is quietly turning things around over the last few weeks. The Colts' leader has thrown for 853 yards and 6 touchdowns across the last three games, which ranks him as the QB13 in fantasy scoring during that span. More importantly, Wentz is taking care of the football and has just 1 turnover since Week 2. He draws a great matchup in Week 7 facing a 49ers' defense that is giving up the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing QBs. The former Pro Bowler is a great streaming option on Sunday night.

Deebo Samuel Fantasy

Start Deebo Samuel, WR, San Francisco 49ers: There isn't much to like about the San Francisco offense right now, but wide receiver Deebo Samuel has been an absolute fantasy stud. The third-year pro currently ranks as the WR8 in PPR scoring leagues and has seen at least 8 targets in every game this season. He is the clear go-to option in the passing game and gets to go up against a struggling Colts' pass defense this week. Indianapolis has posted the fourth-worst pass defense DVOA rating in the NFL and has allowed 10 touchdowns to opposing WRs (tied for the most in NFL). Fantasy managers can start Samuel with confidence.

Mo Alie-Cox Fantasy

Sit Mo Alie-Cox, TE, Indianapolis Colts: Making the right pickups can be what separates the good teams from the great teams in fantasy football. Tight end Mo Alie-Cox was a popular add in many leagues this past week and for good reason. He has been hot scoring 3 touchdowns over the last three weeks. However, he isn't an automatic start in Week 7. The veteran TE has posted a snap rate of 51% through six week and has racked up more than 30 receiving yards just twice this season. The 49ers have been tough against TEs and are giving up the fifth-fewest PPR fantasy points to the position overall. Keep Alie-Cox stashed on the bench for now.

Elijah Mitchell Fantasy

Sit Elijah Mitchell, RB, San Francisco 49ers: Running back Elijah Mitchell returned to the field in Week 5 and finished the game with 62 total yards on 11 touches. He is the presumed starter in the backfield this week, but he draws a terrible matchup. Indianapolis has posted the best rush defense DVOA rating in the NFL this year and is allowing the third-fewest PPR fantasy points to opposing ball-carriers. Their dominance at defending the run doesn't bode well for Mitchell considering he doesn't play a huge role in the passing attack. While the rookie has a lot of upside moving forward, this is not the week to slide him into a FLEX spot.
