Sean Payton Destroys Eagles for No Reason

Just a few years ago, the Philadelphia Eagles looked like the league's gold-standard franchise. General manager Howie Roseman made shrewd move after shrewd move, assembling one of the most talented and deepest rosters in the league. And the since-fired head coach Doug Pederson seemed to have a knack for getting the most out of his players, regardless of who was on the field.
Fast forward to 2021 and none of that is true now. The franchise is in utter disarray, and that hasn't been lost on New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton, who hilariously took an unsolicited shot at the organization.
"Yeah, we're not looking at the Eagles for any model." -- Sean Payton, when asked if their kicker-long snapper signings this week were similar to what Philadelphia did with Josh McCown in previous years.

There were a lot of ways Payton could've answered that question. A simple "no" would've definitely sufficed.
But you have to respect him for choosing to go with the funniest possible route. Never change, Sean.
