The New Orleans Saints' injury woes were on full display during their Thanksgiving loss to the Buffalo Bills. Not only was star Alvin Kamara out for the third straight game, but running mate Mark Ingram was sidelined as well.

Ahead of Week 13, there's some reason for optimism on the injury front.

Kamara was finally back at Monday's practice on a limited basis. It's a great sign that he's getting in practice reps, which signals his return could be on the horizon.

While Kamara is a question mark ahead of Thursday night's game, Ingram appears ready to step up if his backfield partner is out. Ingram was a full participant at practice, so he should be back after a one-game absence.

Right tackle Ryan Ramczyk got in limited practice as well, which would give New Orleans' offensive line a boost after he missed their Thanksgiving matchup.

Kamara at least has a chance to suit on Thursday against the Dallas Cowboys if he avoids any setbacks. It's great to know Ingram will be there to shoulder the load if the Saints' star needs one more week off.
