The undefeated Ryan Garcia makes his highly-anticipated boxing return next month to take on the always-electric Emmanuel Tagoe. The fight will take place at the Alamodome in San Antonio, TX on Saturday, April 9.
Both Garcia and Tagoe have achieved their fair of accomplishments, so fans may be unsure about who'll walk out of the Alamodome as the winner. Fortunately, FanDuel Sportsbook's opening odds shed some much-needed light on the upcoming bout.
Garcia vs Tagoe Opening Odds
FanDuel Sportsbook's opening odds have revealed a clear-cut frontrunner in April's fight. As it stands, Garcia is the heavy odds-on favorite at -1450. The lightning-fast 23-year-old has already amassed a perfect 21-0 record in his short career, tallying 18 of his victories by KO/TKO.
On the other hand, Tagoe is the distant +750 underdog. The Accra, Ghana native has won 32 straight fights after losing his first-ever boxing match, but Garcia will be the biggest name that he's ever faced. Until Tagoe proves that he can handle high-end competition, he'll remain the underdog.
Garcia vs Tagoe will be broadcasted on DAZN worldwide. A DAZN subscription is available at $19.99 USD per month or $99.99 for the entire year.
