Ryan Finley Stats
Finley was a consistent three-year starter at N.C. State, making 39 starts for the Wolfpack over the past three seasons. The 24-year-old showed steady improvement during his tenure with the Wolfpack, saving his best football for his senior year, completing 67.4 percent of his passes for 3,928 passing yards, 25 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
Finley is one of the more polished and accurate passers in the 2019 draft class and he could be a solid professional quarterback. However, physical limitations like Finley's middle-of-the-road arm strength and his less-than-ideal frame could relegate him to backup duties in the NFL.

Ryan Finley NFL Mock Draft Prediction
- New York Giants (No. 108), Washington Redskins (No.96)
The New York Giants have been adamant Eli Manning is their starter going forward, but many analysts are speculating they will draft a quarterback this year. If the Giants don't draft a quarterback early, picking a developmental project like Finley with the No. 108 pick makes sense.
The Washington Redskins are also in dire need of a young quarterback, as Alex Smith's professional future is murky at best after suffering a gruesome leg injury. The Redskins acquired Case Keenum to address this issue, but he should be viewed as a stopgap option. Finley could learn from Smith and Keenum before potentially getting the chance to start somewhere down the road.
New customers will get 40/1 on any of the Final Four teams to win the tournament.
