Ranking the 25 Best Players in Bengals vs Rams Super Bowl 56

Super Bowl LVI brings fans one of the most likable matchups we've had in quite some time. Joe Burrow and the red-hot Cincinnati Bengals will take on Matthew Stafford and the star-studded Los Angeles Rams. FanDuel Sportsbook currently lists Los Angeles as 4-point favorites.
It's not hard to see why LA is favored. On paper, the Rams are clearly the more talented roster. But the game isn't played on paper, and you can't deny there's something magical about the Bengals this year.
Taking a look at both rosters, let's rank the top-25 players in Super Bowl LVI.
25. B.J. Hill, DT, Cincinnati Bengals
24. C.J. Uzomah, TE, Cincinnati Bengals
23. Taylor Rapp, S, Los Angeles Rams
22. Tyler Higbee, TE, Los Angeles Rams
21. Von Bell, S, Cincinnati Bengals
20. Jonah Williams, LT, Cincinnati Bengals
19. Chidobe Awuzie, CB, Cincinnati Bengals
18. Brian Allen, C, Los Angeles Rams
17. Tyler Boyd, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
16. Rob Havenstein, RT, Los Angeles Rams
15. D.J. Reader, DT, Cincinnati Bengals
14. Leonard Floyd, EDGE, Los Angeles Rams
13. Joe Mixon, RB, Cincinnati Bengals
12. Tee Higgins, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
Tee Higgins has proven he's a legit WR1, even if he's playing second banana to his teammate Ja'Marr Chase. Higgins put up 1,091 yards with 6 touchdowns on 74 receptions in his 14 games this season. He's been on an unreal run down the stretch, averaging 94.8 receiving yards per game over his last nine appearances. The 23-year-old has all the makings of being a future superstar.
11. Odell Beckham Jr., WR, Los Angeles Rams
Odell Beckham Jr. has completely revitalized his career since joining the Rams. In three postseason games, Beckham has turned 23 targets into 19 receptions for 236 yards and a touchdown. Thats good for an average of 6.3 receptions and 78.7 yards per game, which would put him on a 17-game pace for 1,337.9 yards per outing. He's proven he's still one of the best receivers in the game and has set himself up for a huge payday this offseason.
10. Trey Hendrickson, EDGE, Cincinnati Bengals
We might be ranking Trey Hendrickson a few spots too low. The guy has been a force of nature this season. He's had back-to-back years with at least 13.5 sacks, finishing with 14.0 regular-season sacks in 2021 (No. 5 in the NFL) and another 2.5 through three postseason games. Hendrickson also racked up the sixth-most pressures in the regular season (45). The 27-year-old should give Andrew Whitworth nightmares in the big game.
9. Jessie Bates III, S, Cincinnati Bengals
8. Andrew Whitworth, LT, Los Angeles Rams
7. Ja'Marr Chase, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
6. Von Miller, EDGE, Los Angeles Rams
5. Joe Burrow, QB, Cincinnati Bengals
What can you say about Joe Burrow that hasn't already been said? The guy just feels flat-out unstoppable right now, and he's become one of the biggest stars in the league. He's averaged 327.3 passing yards per game with 16 touchdowns to 4 interceptions over his last eight starts. He's up against a much more talented team in the Rams, but Burrow has proven he's not someone you want to bet against.
4. Matthew Stafford, QB, Los Angeles Rams
Matthew Stafford spent the first 12 years of his career with the Detroit Lions. He developed a reputation for being a supreme talent who was unable to win at the highest level in the Motor City. It's safe to say he shed that label. Stafford threw for 4,886 yards with 41 touchdowns and 17 interceptions in his first season as a Ram. He has also been at his best during the postseason, averaging 301.7 yards per game with 6 TDs to 1 INT. Stafford even out Brady'd Tom Brady in the postseason, orchestrating a magical last-second victory against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers – one of his two game-winning drives this postseason.
3. Cooper Kupp, WR, Los Angeles Rams
2. Jalen Ramsey, CB, Los Angeles Rams
1. Aaron Donald, DT, Los Angeles Rams
