With NFL free agency rapidly approaching, teams are preparing to make moves that will set them on the right course in 2021. Some very intriguing players will hit the open market this offseason, and it'll be revealed soon where some of those big names land.

ProFootballFocus predicts one of these interesting free agent to sign with the New York Giants -- Detroit Lions WR Kenny Golladay.

Kenny Golladay Giants

The Giants will head into the 2021 season looking to improve upon their 6-10 record under first-year head coach Joe Judge. Getting playmaking weapons for Daniel Jones is one place to start, and a Golladay signing would immediately elevate this offense.

In 2019, the wideout had a career year with 65 receptions for 1,190 yards (18.3 yards per reception) and 11 TDs. During an injury-riddled 2020 campaign, Golladay grabbed 20 receptions for 338 yards and 2 TDs, still flashing his big-play ability (16.9 yards per reception) despite his ailments.

With an average depth of target (aDOT) of 14.6 in both 2019 and 2020, it's clear how Golladay could immediately open up the Giants' offense by stretching opposing defenses as a deep threat.

Adding him to a receiving nucleus with Darius Slayton, Sterling Shepard and Evan Engram already in the mix would give Jones plenty of weapons and hopefully help New York bounce back in 2021.
