After all three of the highest Week 3 over/under totals in college football surprisingly hit the under for the second weekend in a row, Week 4 brings us a fresh set of high-scoring projections to consider placing wagers on.

With that in mind, here are the three highest totals, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, in Week 4 of the 2019 college football season.

3. Toledo @ Colorado State – O/U: 67 Points

While Saturday's late-night showdown between the Toledo Rockets and Colorado State Rams features two of the nation's top-scoring offenses, this 67-point over/under total is likely a product of Colorado State's incredibly porous defense. Through their first three games, the Rams' defense ranks No. 124 in the country, allowing 40.0 points per game (PPG). That figure is actually skewed because of the team's 38-13 win over an FCS opponent, Western Illinois. Without that FCS beatdown over the Leathernecks, Colorado State's defense is allowing 53.5 PPG against its two FBS opponents thus far, so this close-to-70-point number isn't nearly as high as it might seem.

2. New Mexico State @ New Mexico – O/U: 68.5 Points

While most college football fans seemingly associate the Air Raid offense with Kliff Kingsbury, New Mexico State is the true birthplace of the that offensive system. It started under the former Aggies head coach Hal Mumme (2005-08) who has since moved on from New Mexico State. And these two squads know how to score the football against one another as five of the last six meetings in this rivalry have seen more than 63 points put on the board. But there's more. New Mexico's defense ranks dead last (No. 130) in the country, while New Mexico State's defense is just one spot better at No. 129. This game features the two worst scoring defenses in the nation, something that could lead to a very high-scoring contest on Saturday.

1. Oklahoma State @ No. 12 Texas – O/U: 74.5 Points

Given the number of high-flying offenses around the conference, playing anything beyond patio-chair defense has seemingly become a rarity in the Big 12. Oklahoma State and Texas are two Big 12 programs that certainly know how to score the rock, as the Cowboys head into Saturday boasting what's tied for the ninth-best scoring offense in the country (49.3 PPG), while the Longhorns have the nation's T-No. 21 scoring attack (43.7 PPG). These two teams have also combined for 73 or more points in two of the last three meeting in this series.
