Training camp is quickly approaching and teams are seeing how well their rookies can fit into their schemes. But while there was plenty of change amongst rosters in the NFL this offseason, the one thing that continues to hold steady is the expectations at the top of the league.

According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Patriots remain the betting favorites, at +700, to repeat as Super Bowl champions. However, with the news of Tyreek Hill not facing any charges, the Chiefs are a close second, at +800.

The Patriots have added to their already successful offense, drafting Arizona State wide receiver N'Keal Harry. Though, it does not seem to matter what names are on the backs of the jerseys, the Patriots continue to run their system, and opposing teams continue to struggle against it.

The Chiefs prepared for the worst with Hill, drafting Mecole Hardman in the second round as a potential replacement. But with Hill possibly being cleared of any possible punishments, it just means there is another speedy, dangerous target in Kansas City for Patrick Mahomes to throw to. And after adding to their defense, the Chiefs look to be in prime position to make another run at a championship.

Other major contenders include the New Orleans Saints (+850), Los Angeles Rams (+900), and the Cleveland Browns and Los Angeles Chargers tied at (+1400). Out of these top six teams, the Browns were the only one to not make the playoffs last season. They currently have the longest active playoff victory drought, with their last postseason win coming in 1994.
