The New England Patriots are prepping for a fierce Thursday Night Football clash with the division rival Buffalo Bills in Week 13. Unfortunately, the team learned late news of a surprise addition to the injury report.
Trent Brown Injury Update
NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported Thursday morning that starting left tackle Trent Brown was added to the injury report. He had logged full practices on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but appears as "questionable" for Thursday's clash.
Rapoport explained Brown found himself on the injury report because of an illness. It's unclear if he'll be able to suit up.
Brown has been an anchor of New England's offensive line, playing 100% of the offensive snaps in all but one game. He also touts an above-average 69.3 rating from PFF.
For now, the Patriots are considered 3.5-point home underdogs per the NFL odds on FanDuel Sportsbook.
