Davante Adams started off his 2020 season with a monster game in Week 1 against the Minnesota Vikings. Adams hauled in 14 catches for 156 yards and 2 touchdowns in the victory.
However, in Week 2 Adams suffered a hamstring injury, which has kept him off the field since then. Now, it appears Adams is ready to return for Week 6.
This will be a massive boost to a Packers offense that is already humming along. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers is in the midst of an MVP-level season and bringing back his favorite target will only help improve the team's offensive outlook. Especially since No. 2 wide receiver, Allen Lazard, has gone down since Adam's departure to the IR.
It remains to be seen if Adams will come back with a massive game like he had in Week 1, but anytime he's on the field, it means good things for Aaron Rodgers and the Packers.
