Packers Get Great News on Allen Lazard Injury Update

The Green Bay Packers took a clear stance this offseason that they were confident in the wide receiver corps already on the roster, refusing to add any depth behind Davante Adams.
This looked like a good move when Allen Lazard broke out over the first three weeks of the season, but it made things very tough when he landed on IR in Week 4. Packers fans got great news on Tuesday, however, when the team activated Lazard from the Injured Reserve.

After tallying just 484 yards on 36 receptions in his first two NFL seasons, Lazard's 2020 breakout really came out of nowhere. He only made it through three games, but in that time he turned 17 targets into 13 receptions, 254 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Aaron Rodgers even had his best game of the season in Week 1, when both Lazard and Adams were healthy, throwing for 364 yards and 4 touchdowns.
The Packers are already vying for the No. 1 seed in the NFC, with a 7-2 record, and things are only looking up from here as they finally get healthy again.
