Packers Being Disrespected by Odds Against 49ers in Week 9

The Green Bay Packers suffered their second loss of the season in Week 8, falling to the Minnesota Vikings in that crazy weather. The elements clearly benefited the running game, and the Packers were missing their starting running back and left tackle. So, the loss looks less bad when you can capture the full picture.
With Green Bay hoping to get both of those players back for this Thursday night game, one would assume their odds to win would improve. However, FanDuel Sportsbook has them as only 2.5-point road favorites against a San Francisco 49ers team that is really struggling.
#Packers have allowed 1,063 rushing yards in the 6 losses in the Matt LaFleur era. 177.2 per game.

Aside from dropping three of the last five games, the 49ers also have some notable injuries, especially considering the game is on Thursday.
First, Jimmy Garoppolo left the game with an ankle injury and did not return. Soon after, George Kittle left the game with a foot injury and did not return. These came after Tevin Coleman suffered a first quarter knee injury in his return to action, which kept him out the rest of the game.

We all know about the 49ers' dominance over the Packers last season, but that was with their running game. With Raheem Mostert out and Coleman now potentially sidelined as well, they would rely on rookie JaMycal Hasty and the inconsistent Jerick McKinnon. Also, if Kittle is unable to go, they would be without a strong run blocker. Deebo Samuel is expected to continue to be out as well.
As Green Bay gets healthier, San Francisco is going in the opposite direction. So, when the Packers are favored by less than a field goal, it's hard not to view that line as disrespectful.
