Odell Beckham has been a busy man since September. The Cleveland Browns waived him back in November after it was clear his tenure with the team was a bust, leading to him joining the Los Angeles Rams shortly after on a one-year deal.

Fast forward to now and the eighth-year veteran is competing at the Super Bowl for the first time in his career. Now, FanDuel Sportsbook's latest odds show that Beckham has a shot at ending the season as the Super Bowl LVI MVP.

Odell Beckham Super Bowl MVP Odds

FanDuel Sportsbook is currently listing Beckham at +2700 odds to be named Super Bowl MVP on Sunday. That puts him in a tie with Rams running back Cam Akers for the sixth-best odds.

Only seven wide receivers in NFL history have been named Super Bowl MVP. Only one man has accomplished the feat since 2010, which was New England Patriots WR Julian Edelman at Super Bowl LIII.

The 29-year-old wideout finished the 2021 regular season with 44 catches for 537 receiving yards and five touchdowns. He's remained steady in the postseason, however, his nine-catch, 113-yard performance in the NFC Championship Game is a big reason why the Rams have a chance to take home the Lombardi Trophy.

Beckham has been streaky at times this season, so having another NFC Championship Game-type performance will be crucial for him to be named Super Bowl MVP.

While wide receivers may rarely win the Super Bowl MVP award, Beckham has proven time and time again that it isn't wise to count him out until the game is over.
