Odds to Win NBA Finals 2020 Have Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers on Top

The Los Angeles Clippers remain the favorite to win the 2019-20 NBA Championship, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, after an opening night win over the team with the second best odds to take home the Larry O'Brien Trophy, the Los Angeles Lakers.

With both squads adding big names in the offseason, it's no surprise to see them atop the NBA title odds.

After making huge moves this offseason and adding reigning NBA Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard and All-Star Paul George, the Clippers currently sit at +350 to take home the title, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. Meanwhile, with their own big name addition in Anthony Davis, the Lakers are close behind with +440 odds

Sitting at third and fourth in the odds are two Eastern Conference teams. The Milwaukee Bucks (+600), led by NBA MVP favorite Giannis Antetokounmpo, are the looking to make their first NBA Finals appearance since 1974. Challenging them for the top spot in the East is the Philadelphia 76ers (+750), who return their young core of stars complimented by an offseason addition of their own, All-Star Al Horford.

Rounding out the top five are the new look Houston Rockets, with their star-studded backcourt of James Harden and Russell Westbrook. At +800, they are the only other team with less than 10-to-1 odds.
