With both the NFL Draft and OTAs in the books, there has been only the slightest of changes in teams' odds to win Super Bowl 54.

The top four teams all remain intact, as the New England Patriots (+700), Kansas City Chiefs (+800), New Orleans Saints (+850) and Los Angeles Rams (+900) have the same odds to win as they did a few weeks ago, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

It should come as no surprise to anyone that these four teams still have the best odds at winning the Super Bowl. All four teams competed in their conference's title games last season, with the Patriots and Rams defeating the Chiefs and Saints, respectively, in games that came down to one play deciding the outcome.

A few teams slightly below that top tier, however, have seen changes in their odds. The Cleveland Browns were tied with the Los Angeles Chargers at +1400 for the fifth-best odds to win following the trade for wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. However, both teams have since dropped to +1600, and the Indianapolis Colts and Philadelphia Eagles have leapfrogged them with +1500 odds.

While all of these teams deserve to be in the conversation to win Super Bowl 54, every year it seems like a team comes out of nowhere to have a serious chance of taking home the Lombardi Trophy.

The Jacksonville Jaguars, sitting at +4200, have all of the makings of a potential dark-horse team. After an impressive 2017 season, the Jaguars had a disappointing 2018 season, finishing with a 5-11 record. But with much of their talented 2017 defense intact and a big upgrade at QB, with the addition of 2018 Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles this offseason, the Jags are the type of long shot that will likely have a bunch of bets placed on them.

While the Rams, Saints, Chiefs and Patriots are the current odds leaders to win Super Bowl 54, with months before a regular-season game will be played this season, there's bound to be lots of movement before opening night.
