NFL Draft Odds Project Jerry Jeudy to Fall Outside the Top 10

Jerry Jeudy is widely considered the best receiver in the 2020 NFL Draft class. That's no small feat either, as this is believed to be one of the best WR classes in quite some.

But with so much talent at the position this year, it wouldn't be a surprise to see the top receivers fall a bit further than they normally would, as teams elect to wait on the position to take advantage of the depth. As such, Jeudy is currently projected to be drafted outside the top 10, according to odds provided by FanDuel Sportsbook.

The over/under for Jeudy's draft position has been set at 11.5, and betting on the under (+108) nets a much higher payout than wagering on the over (-142).

That projection suggests that two WR-needy teams, the New York Jets (No. 11) and Las Vegas Raiders (No. 12), are the most likely landing spots for Jeudy. This is backed up by the odds, as the Raiders are favored to draft the Alabama product (+200) while the Jets have the second-best odds at +250.

The San Francisco 49ers are picking at No. 13, and they have the third-best odds to land him at +340. Interestingly, no team picking inside the top 10 has better than +1400 odds to draft Jeudy.

While Jeudy is likely the best player at his position, he might not end up getting selected inside the top 10 come April, which is likely due to the surplus of talent at the position.
