NFL Draft Odds Reveal New Most Likely Kenny Pickett Destination

The 2022 NFL Draft gets underway tonight and the landing spot for quarterback Kenny Pickett remains up in the air. A number of teams are in need of immediate quarterback help, but its the New Orleans Saints that have become the newest favorite in the odds to draft the Pittsburgh standout.

The Saints lead all NFL teams with odds set at +200, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. They have been climbing in the odds over the last two weeks and finally jumped over the Carolina Panthers (+250). New Orleans has also stayed steadily ahead of the Pittsburgh Steelers as well (+350).

It's worth noting a majority of expert mock drafts have Pickett on the board when the Saints go on the clock with the No. 16 and No. 19 overall picks. Of course, that would mean he gets passed up on by the Panthers at No. 6 overall as well as a number of other NFL squads in the early teens.

The 23-year-old signal-caller broke out during his senior season by completing 67.2% of his pass attempts for 4,319 yards and 42 touchdowns (7 interceptions). Pickett's accuracy and arm strength give him starting upside in a league that is becoming more and more and the passing attack.

Whether he's joining head coach Dennis Allen in Louisiana or not, Pickett should prepare to hear his name called in the first round. Here's a full look at the most likely teams to draft him tonight.
