The Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers will meet for a best of seven series in the first round of the Eastern Conference Playoffs, which is set to tip off Saturday, April 13, at 2:30 p.m. EST at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

The Sixers are 5.5-point favorites to take Game 1 of the series, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

John Laureano, of Cappers Picks, has Brooklyn covering the spread, but ultimately predicts that the Sixers will win, 123-118. He notes that the Nets are 10-4 against the spread in their last 14 games against Atlantic Division opponents.

Tony's Picks

Tony Telez also has the Nets covering against the Sixers, citing their success in doing so against Philly during the regular season (covered in three of the four meetings this year). He also notes that the Sixers have failed to cover in four of their last six contests.
