NBA MVP Odds Favor Embiid and Jokic as Season Winds Down on FanDuel Sportsbook

The MVP race still has a pair of leading favorites as the regular season winds down in the final weeks. Joel Embiid (-170) and last year's MVP winner Nikola Jokic (+170) have been the co-favorites since early February, and those two big men will decide the winner.
Joel Embiid has just been passed for the league lead in scoring by LeBron James (30.0), but "The Process" is averaging 29.8 points with 11.2 rebounds with the 3rd highest player efficiency behind Jokic and Giannis. From December 26th until February 12th, Embiid scored no less than 25 points in 23 consecutive contests. The 76ers center has dropped 40+ points in 9 games this season, the most in his young career.
This marks the 2nd-straight year in which Jokic has averaged 25 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists - only the 3rd player in NBA history to have multiple such seasons (Oscar Robertson, Russell Westbrook).
The Greek Freak — Giannis Antetokounmpo — is third in the MVP odds race. The two-time regular season Most Valuable Player is having another outstanding season.
The Phoenix Suns, with by far the best record in the NBA at 59-14, have Devin Booker (+5500) as their leading player in the MVP race.
Here are the updated futures and MVP odds for the leading favorites and challengers on FanDuel Sportsbook.
