The Washington Nationals will look to even up the series with the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday night at Coors Field, after the Rockies took the first game, 7-5, on Monday. Washington has dropped three of its last four games, but are the favorites at -138, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

As it doesn't hurt to consult a few industry experts before placing a bet, here are a three expert predictions on Tuesday night's game.

Nationals vs Rockies Prediction

Cappers Picks

Carl Taylor, of Cappers Picks, thinks we could be in for a high-scoring affair. Taylor notes that the Rockies are familiar with Washington's starting pitcher, Patrick Corbin, and is expecting Colorado to win, 7-4.

Sports Chat Place

The Sports Chat Place crew likes the value of the home team here. They think the Rockies are playing their best baseball so far this season and are taking the Rockies straight up.

Bang the Book

The Bang The Book staff likes the home team as well in this matchup. They note how Corbin posted a 5.12 ERA in his four starts against the Rockies last season and that they should be able to take advantage of him again. Bang The Book is taking the Rockies moneyline.

That's all three experts taking the home-underdog Rockies to win straight up and extend their series lead to 2-0.
