If you still have players on your fantasy team yet to play their Week 7 game, it means that tonight's "Monday Night Football" matchup between the New England Patriots and New York Jets will likely determine whether you're coming away with a win or not. There's no room for error when it comes to your starting lineup, especially if you have multiple options for the game.

With that in mind, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for Monday's matchup between the division-rival Patriots and Jets.

MNF Fantasy Football

Start Sony Michel and James White, RB, New England Patriots: Rex Burkhead has been ruled out for the third straight game, meaning this should again be a two-headed backfield with Sony Michel running the ball and James White catching it. With Burkhead out over the last two games, Michel has notched 38 of the Patriots' 54 RB carries while also adding five receptions — his most ever in a two-game span in the NFL. White has done his usual damage through the air, catching 15 of his 18 targets (second on the team) and adding eight yards on the ground. With Josh Gordon out, White's involvement in the passing game could be even more pronounced tonight.

Start Jamison Crowder, WR, New York Jets: Jamison Crowder has a massive 26 targets in two games with Sam Darnold at the helm this season, accounting for 36 percent of the team's total. Those have mostly been short targets, with an average depth of 5.5 yards, and that has afforded him a high catch rate, translating to 20 receptions in those games. The Jets are likely to play from behind against the 6-0 Patriots, meaning there should be plenty of volume to go around. That makes Crowder a good bet to see targets into the double-digits once again on Monday.

Sit Robby Anderson, WR, New York Jets: Robby Anderson has also impressed with Darnold at the helm, notching 28.8 PPR fantasy points in those two games. The big-play threat relies on a lower volume of deep targets (15 looks with an average depth of 14.2 yards), and relying on efficiency is not something you want to do against a Patriots defense that has held opponents to the NFL's fewest adjusted yards per pass attempt in 2019.

Sit Chris Herndon and Ryan Griffin, TE, New York Jets: Chris Herndon is doubtful to make his season debut tonight due to a hamstring injury, but even if he suits up he's best left on the bench. And regardless of Herndon's health, it's hard to trust Ryan Griffin even after he notched 11.8 fantasy points in Darnold's Week 6 return. Herndon will likely only see limited action if he does suit up, and even playing one of the NFL's biggest snap shares at the position, Griffin has only seen 10 targets in 2019.
