Michigan Opens as Sizable Road Favorite Over Michigan State in Early Odds for 2020 Rivlay Game

The Michigan Wolverines have beaten their long-time, in-state rival Michigan State Spartans in back-to-back years now, and it certainly doesn't look like the oddsmakers believe that pattern of dominance is going to come to an end this year, either.
Even with the 2020 college football offseason experiencing some unprecedented spring delays and cancellations, the odds and spreads around more than 100 of this fall's biggest matchups are now available on FanDuel Sportsbook.

Michigan vs MSU Spread 2020
Sitting months away from the 113th edition of this Big Ten rivalry, Michigan has already opened as a 6.5-point favorite to beat Michigan State on the road in East Lansing later this fall, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
Despite an active two-year losing streak to Michigan, the Spartans have won four of the past six meetings with the Wolverines at home in Spartan Stadium. However, Michigan has won each of the last two games on the road in East Lancing, and the Wolverines project to be a top-25 program in 2020, while MSU enters its first year under new head coach Mel Tucker.

There's still plenty of time for things to change between now and this 2020 rivalry game, but the Wolverines remain considerable early favorites for the time being. Barring any scheduling changes we may see, Michigan State is currently set to host Michigan at Spartan Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020.
