Miami Lands Major 4-Star QB Recruit for Class of 2022

It's safe to say the 2020-21 college football season and expectations in Coral Gables finished back on the right track for one of the sport's most stored programs with head coach Manny Diaz leading the Hurricanes to an 8-3 finish.
And the Canes' future continues to shine brighter this week with some major recruiting news out of the future quarterback department.

Diaz and his program have landed a huge commitment from Jacurri Brown, who is rated as a 4-Star quarterback recruit for the Class of 2022 by 247Sports.com. Miami will be stealing this major recruit from the Peach State no less, as Brown hails from Lowndes High School in Valdosta, Georgia.
Along with that 4-Star qualification, Brown also boasts a 0.9328 composite score from 247Sports.com, heading into Coral Gables as the No. 167 overall recruit in the country, No. 5 dual-threat QB recruit nationally and the No. 20 overall recruit in the entire state of Georgia.
