Matthew Stafford and Jeff Driskel Injury Update Downgrades Entire Lions' Offense

The Detroit Lions just can't seem to catch a break this season. Matthew Stafford was quietly playing at an elite level before being sidelined with broken bones in his back in Week 9. Now Stafford's backup, Jeff Driskel, is questionable to play in the team's Thanksgiving Day game against the Chicago Bears in Week 13.
In the event that Driskel can't go, the entire Lions' offense would get a significant downgrade.

Considering Detroit already has an uphill battle against an elite Bears' defense, this is not good news for the Lions skill-position players from a fantasy perspective.
David Blough would get the start in the event that Driskel can't suit up, and he's never played a snap in the NFL. Chicago is the league's fourth-best scoring defense, and the Bears have allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks.
The Lions’ injury report today includes Matthew Stanford (back) still not practicing and Jeff Driskel (hamstring) officially limited. Purdue product David Blough is Detroit’s next man up at quarterback.

Fantasy owners should be sure to monitor Driskel's status tomorrow morning, because pass-catchers like Kenny Golladay and Marvin Jones would be tough to trust against Chicago with Blough at the helm.
