Lions Fans Are Going to Love Rotoworld's Prediction About Their 2020 Season
By Max Staley

There's not too much optimism surrounding the Detroit Lions right now. But maybe there should be. The team made some solid additions in the 2020 NFL Draft, and actually spent the second-most money in free agency this offseason.
And Rotoworld certainly appears optimistic, giving Detroit the best chance to go from worst to first among all teams that finished last in their division in 2019.
The Lions have explosive offensive potential in an up-for-grabs division, making them our football pod crew's choice as the team with the best chance to go from worst to first.

Detroit's chances in 2020 rest completely on Matthew Stafford's shoulders. If he's healthy, and playing at the MVP level he was last season, the Lions absolutely have a chance to shock some people. They were 3-4-1 with him at the helm last season, and only one of those losses came by more than seven points.
If he misses time or struggles, however, things could get ugly quick. After all, the Lions were 0-8 without their franchise QB.
Though they're far from a surefire bet to be competitive, the Lions have a chance to make Rotoworld's prediction look good if Stafford can stay healthy.
