For the second time in a week, the Houston Astros celebrated with that sweet champagne party after the team swept the New York Yankees and advanced to their fourth World Series in the last six years. Houston turned the visiting Yankee Stadium clubhouse into a party room, a celebration only topped by the one following a championship victory.

Lance McCullers Jr. took the ball in Houston's decisive Game 4 victory, and while he battled, the Astros offense still came out on top. He was at the center of the action for the postgame celebration, but took special precaution to avoid another champagne mishap.

McCullers was only on the mound for Game 4 because of a mishap after Houston's ALDS victory over the Mariners. During that previous celebration, the 29-year-old was hit by a champagne bottle that resulted in a small cut on his pitching elbow.

This time, McCullers wore an elbow guard during the celebration.

Not only do the Astros know how to put a superior product out on the baseball diamond, but this team clearly learns from their mistakes. Whether that's a pitcher bouncing back from a home run, a batter taking on a nasty curveball, or avoiding any champagne-related injuries after a big series win.

The Astros enter the 2022 World Series as -180 series favorites over the Philadelphia Phillies on FanDuel Sportsbook.
